Shipping policy

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is accepted and are not guaranteed by ProsperLife.

Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Tracking may take up to one business day to show carrier movement.

Customers should contact support promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and reshipping costs may apply when a carrier returns an accurately addressed order.

Report a damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a missing package, with the order number and supporting photos when applicable.

International shipping remains unavailable until product restrictions, duties, carrier acceptance, and returns are operationally approved.
