Privacy notice

Order data may include name, email, phone, billing and shipping details, products, discounts, tax, transaction status, support history, and device or browser signals. Raw card and wallet credentials are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ProsperLife.

We use information for checkout, fraud prevention, fulfillment, service messages, returns, customer support, legal obligations, and consented analytics or marketing. Marketing consent is separate from an order and can be withdrawn without affecting service messages.

Service providers such as Stripe, Shippo, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and measurement platforms receive only the information required for their role and operate under their own security and privacy commitments.

We retain records as reasonably needed for orders, tax, fraud, safety, disputes, consent, and legal obligations. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support; some records must be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.

ProsperLife uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. This storefront is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
