Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or receive your money back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in your possession and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@prosperdirecthealth.com. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned with an insured tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail. Return orders that are lost without tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure products are adequately wrapped and protected. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us if requested. 3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for prosperlife.com.pk?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0800-77722 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to prosperlife, P-130, Kohinoor City, Jaranwala Road Faisalabad, once we receive your products at Nutrifactor we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at prosperlife, We will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Prosperlife products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased prosperlife products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased prosperlife products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
